Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026. For Toy Fixer, Paint the Harbor and Kintsugi Zoo (the games).
In short
The games ask for no account and we don't collect your personal information: your progress stays on your device. The games show ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some information from your device to show and measure them, as explained below, and in Europe it asks for your consent first. Players under 16 only get child-directed ads and see no offers. Purchases go through Apple's App Store. This website has no cookies.
Who we are
The games are made by an independent developer in Spain, publishing as Tinkerlight Games: the seller shown on each game's App Store page. You can write to us at [email protected].
What the games store
Your level, coins and helpers, the things you have restored and their pictures, your win streak, the daily challenge's stickers, your purchases, the sound and vibration settings and the age you gave are saved on your device only. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store, and the game receives only whether a purchase went through. We never see your payment details. Apple handles them under its own privacy policy. Restore purchases in the shop brings back No ads on a new device.
Ads in the games
The games offer videos you can choose to watch for a reward: going on with a level you lost (once per level) and double coins for a level you won. From level 11 a short ad may also show when you close a won level's sheet, at most every second level and never twice within two minutes. No ads, in the shop, removes those and gives the reward videos' prizes without watching them.
The first time you play, the game asks how old you are. It keeps only that age, only on your device, and uses it to choose which ads you get and whether the game shows you offers. Google never receives it: it is only told whether an ad must be treated as for a child. If you are under 16, the game's ad requests are marked as child-directed, and Google then applies its protections for children: no personalized ads and no advertising identifier. Players under 16 also see no offers in the game. Whoever you are, the game asks only for ads rated for general audiences.
What Google collects
To choose and show the ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's software in the game may collect from your device:
- technical information about the device and the app, such as the model, operating system, language, type of connection and the app's version;
- the IP address, from which it works out your approximate location (such as your country or city). Never your precise location: the games don't ask for it;
- the ads shown and what you did with them (views, taps, videos watched), and when the app was opened;
- diagnostic data, such as crashes and performance;
- identifiers limited to the developer's apps or to the ad service, such as Apple's identifier for vendors. From level 7, if you are 16 or over, the game asks you once whether it may track you (Apple's own question), after a short card that says what it is for. Only if you allow it does Google get Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). The game never asks anyone under 16.
Google decides how it uses this information under its own policies: Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. It may process it outside Europe with the safeguards those policies describe. We get nothing from Google's ads that identifies you: only totals, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.
Your choices in Europe
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form opens before any ad, and you decide what Google may do. You can change your answer at any time with Privacy and ads in the game's pause menu. On iPhone you can also turn tracking off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Children
The games are for everyone. Players under 16 get only child-directed ads, no advertising identifier is used for them, and they see no offers. We collect no personal information from anyone.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing of yours for us to show, correct or delete. For the data Google collects for ads, see Google's policies above. Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy.
